in an Offline Mode to provide students with a valuable exchange of knowledge and the chance to network with established industry professionals. The panel will consist of experts in Insolvency, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital and Banking & Finance, who will discuss pertinent issues and trends and propose recommendations. The panel’s diversified experience aims to provide a comprehensive, all-round understanding of corporate laws by reflecting on different disciplines within the field.

eligibility?

This Symposium is open to students currently enrolled in 3-year LL.B or 5-year LL.B Courses in India.

Registration/submission procedure

The link for registration will be open till the 26th of September, 2023. The details of the online payment can be found in the brochure. The amount will be used towards the symposium, a participant’s kit, a certificate of participation as well as refreshments. Please note that the participants will have to arrange for accommodation as well as transport on their own.
