Taj Mahotsav 2024, will be organised on February 18th to 27th in Taj Mahal at Shilpgram, its 32nd edition .

This year’s theme for the festival is ‘Sanskriti and Samriddhi’, highlighting the inspiring connection between culture and prosperity

Agra, renowned for its historical significance and vibrancy, serves as the host city for this celebration, dedicated to honoring the enduring love of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz. The Taj Mahotsav not only pays homage to their love story but also serves as a vibrant exposition of India’s rich art and culture.

The Taj Mahotsav spans 10 days, aiming to showcase and bolster the talents of local artists, craftspeople, culinary experts, and performers from Uttar Pradesh.  Numerous artisans hailing from various corners of India actively participate in this cultural extravaganza. The inaugural Taj Mahotsav took place in 1992.
