Concept Note: Music, along with language and acting, is what gives theatre its vitality. It also provides the theatre its strength. Indian theatre has a rich tradition: from Sanskrit plays to modern plays, various forms of folk & contemporary music have been used, with each region having its unique style. There are many folk theatres/ Dance dramas with amazing and unique musical diversity.
